That flood barrier isnt finished because they didnt have planning permission for it.

I wasn’t talking drains, I meant sewers. The big pipe by the railway carrier all the sewerage from Steeton, Eastburn, Crosshills Kildwick etc, down the valley to Keighley. It was built in Victorian times and back in the early nineties I walked its lenght with a local councillor and a protest group. It was lwaking at the seams then. Think of all the houses built since then and now they want to add sewerage from, as Buzzpost suggests, 4,000 more people. Your guess at the outcome is probabley the same as mine 🙂
